Designed by a practicing MT with a BS in Integrative Health and soon-to-be MA in Integrative Health Studies, these courses translate the latest insights from integrative health directly into massage therapy practice. Learn how to be a change agent in your sessions, whether through supporting client behavior change, building relational literacy, or exploring the creative and neurobiological dimensions of touch. Each course equips you with practical, scope-appropriate skills you can apply immediately, helping you grow as a reflective, skilled, and evidence-informed practitioner.
Cohorts are intentionally small (6–8 participants) to support meaningful dialogue and applied learning. A minimum of 4 participants is required to run each course. Cohorts beginning July 2026

Grounded in feminist psychology, the course examines growth-oriented therapeutic relationships shaped by mutuality, context, power, and social location, including how relational ruptures may arise outside of therapist intent or fault. Through guided discussion and applied clinical examples, therapists develop the capacity to recognize and respond to rupture, difference, and disconnection in ways that support ethical care, repair, and healing in connection—while maintaining clear professional boundaries and scope.

This 4-week live online course (2 hours/week) introduces Dan Siegel’s Wheel of Awareness as a structured body-mind scan for massage therapy. Participants explore awareness along two axes, experiential vs. narrative and internal vs. external, to recognize where they and their clients are showing up in sessions. Using this map, therapists learn to support expansion into other domains of awareness, guiding treatment planning, reflective practice, and collaborative attunement. The course emphasizes scope-appropriate application, trauma-responsiveness, and relationally informed facilitation.
